Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms, our Contract of Sale, and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.
2. Changes to Terms & Products
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time due to changes in law or technology. Please review them regularly.
- We may also adjust product descriptions, availability, and prices at any time without notice. We endeavour to maintain accuracy but reserve the right to correct any errors.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship live and non-live products Australia-wide using trusted couriers with insurance until delivery signature.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Victoria store.
- Estimated delivery times: 2–5 business days within metro areas, 7+ days for regional Australia; delays possible due to public holidays or external events.
- Standard shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Any “click and collect” orders uncollected after 1 month may be voided.
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in AUD and include 10% GST. Shipping and handling costs are extra.
- Prices may vary between in-store and online purchases. We aim for competitive pricing and may revise prices at any time.
5. Returns, Refunds & Consumer Guarantees
- Under Australian Consumer Law, if a product is faulty, not as described, unsafe, or doesn’t perform as expected, you may be entitled to a refund, exchange, or store credit.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind. This may except live products.
- For online returns, you may return items by post (at your cost) or in person at our store. Please contactl us to arrange the best return option.
- Allow up to 7 business days for return processing after receipt.
6. Age Restrictions & Live Animal Licence
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- A valid wildlife or reptile licence is required for all live animal purchases where legally mandated. You are responsible for providing such documentation prior to collection or shipping.
7. Warranties & Liability
- We strive for high quality but cannot guarantee product performance or suitability. Items are sold “as is,” subject to applicable warranties.
- Liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Intellectual Property & Website Use
- All website content (text, images, logos) is owned or licensed by RSW Reptiles and may not be used for any purpose without written permission.
- You may not interfere with site operations, upload harmful content, or infringe copyrights or trademarks.
